We have video tutorials on using the audiovisual equipment in the classrooms on our website. If you have additional questions, please reach out to Classroom Services as smhsclassrooms@gwu.edu

Can I move furniture in the classrooms?

Furniture may be moved within a classroom, but must be returned to the original configuration at the end of your session.
Furniture cannot be moved from one room to another. If you need furniture moved in or out or a classroom, please include that as part of your room request.

For additional information about the rules on using rooms, please read the Reservation Policies and Procedures.

Can I have food in the classroom?

Participants may bring food or drink into classrooms, but we ask that you be respectful and dispose of any trash before leaving. If you want to provide food for a session, you will need to include that as part of your room reservation request, and get it approved via Ross Hall Events before the session starts. For additional details, please read the Reservation Policies and Procedures.
